Coupon Preview for October 18th

This week holds 2 inserts: 1 SmartSource and 1 Red Plum.

It may not be a great week for our region, but I'm really hoping we get these:

.50 Birdseye or Steamfresh frozen veggies (Would be .19 @ Brookshire's with this Q!)

Theraflu and Triaminic coupons for a Walgreens deal

Buy One Get One FREE Trident Layers Gum

$1 off any Valley Fresh Chicken product

.75 off Breyer's Ice Cream (I feel weak already...)

You can view the entire preview HERE.

Coupon Preview for October 11th

All of the previews are showing three inserts this weekend, but I have a sneaky suspicion we may only get two. I'll be pleasantly surprised if I'm wrong!

The preview shows: 1 SmartSource, 1 Red Plum, and 1 P&G (a mini-version). {Wow, we got all 3!}

I'm hoping to get these coupons:

.60 off any one package of Viva paper towels {Didn't happen here}

$1 off 2 Wet Ones canister wipes {nope}

.55 off Mentos gum (always gets me FREE gum!) {YAY!}

.50 off Hostess Snack Cakes {Woohoo!}

.50 off Starkist Tuna Salad pouches {nope}

Honestly though, the Mini P&G doesn't look very exciting anyway...but we got it!

Coupon Preview for October 4th

We should get 3 inserts in this Sunday's paper: 2 SmartSource and 1 Red Plum.

1 of the SmartSource will be for General Mills products. I love General Mills. I can never have too many Green Giant Frozen Veggies, Betty Crocker Potatoes (Au Gratin...mmmmm), or Warm Delights. I'm still crossing my fingers for a great Pillsbury refrigerated dough sale at Kroger this month to match up with the Catalina deal.

The other SmartSource insert has coupons for Frank's hot sauce, French's Worcestershire sauce, and Fleishmann's Yeast--all of which I got FREE last year at Brookshire's with these same coupons.

The Red Plum insert has lots of high value Dove coupons that will coordinate with a sale at Walgreens next week.

All-in-all, I think it looks like a very good week!

You can view the full preview HERE. And just for a laugh, look at the picture beside the "Simply Refrigerated Cookie Dough by Pillsbury" in the Smart Source 2 preview. Yummy.

Coupon Preview for September 20th

There will be 2 inserts in this Sunday's paper: 1 SamrtSource and 1 Red Plum.

Kind of a blah week. The few that I'm interested in will msot likely not make an appearance in our local paper. If you want to learn how I get better coupons, read THIS.

You can see the full preview HERE.

Have a GREAT weekend!

Coupon Preview for September 13th

UPDATE: Our region appears to have only received 4 inserts. The General Mills insert is pretty nice, but there are a LOT of other coupons on the preview that we did not get. I'm DEFINITELY ordering whole inserts this week!

There a 5 scheduled inserts this Sunday! Your eyes do not deceive you! 5!!

Now, Lord only knows what we will get locally. I will be purchasing a few local papers and ordering some inserts as well (Gotta have my bases covered!).

These five inserts have a veritable SMORGASBORD of coupons--every category is covered! This will be a great week for newbies!

Check out the full preview HERE.

P.S. I have heard that Kroger is having ANOTHER Mega Sale starting next week. This will be the 4th (?) event in 6 months, I believe. That's pretty unheard of--but I'm-a-likin' it!

Coupon Preview for August 30th

There are 3 inserts scheduled in Sunday's paper: 1 Red Plum, 1 SmartSource, and 1 Procter & Gamble.

Check out the full preview HERE.

On a side note, I ordered last week's whole inserts and some older inserts from AFC member clipperkc, and OH MY! There was a HUGE difference in the coupons we received here versus what they recieved and sent me! HUGE, I say! I may not buy papers locally anymore...It will cost more to order each week, but I'm thinking it's worth it most of the time. I can't wait to get clippin'!

Coupon Preview for August 9th

I'm still so flabbergasted by last week's coupons. How'd we got from 5 to 3? I did have someone local report that they dug and dug until they found some papers with 4 inserts...I guess I wasn't diligent enough going through only 5 papers! I always get stared at for looking through them, too. But I've taken home too many without all the right inserts!

I've worked something out with a fellow member at A Full Cup, so I'll be getting more inserts and coupons. :D

Now for this coming week, the preview shows 3 inserts: 2 SmartSource and 1 Red Plum.

Here are some I'm looking forward to:

$1 off 2 Bic Stationary Products (More FREE pens!)
$1 off Colgate Total
$3 off Bic Soleil (We don't usually get this one, though.)
.50 off Scott Naturals Flushable Wipes (We go through these like crazy!)
.55 off Land O'Frost Premium Lunchmeat
.55 off 2 Martha White Baking Mixes
Various Scotch coupons that will hopefully continue to match up with Back to School sales

One of the SmartSource inserts is CHOCK FULL of coupons that will match up to the (rumored) Mega Sale coming to Kroger on the 19th: Betty Crocker, General Mills, Pillsbury, Totino's, Fiber One, Nature Valley, Chex & Cheerios Mix.

The Coupon Clippers seems to be having some issues, so check out the full preview at Taylortown.

The cheapest place to get a local paper is Wal-Mart for 99 cents.

Coupon Preview for August 2nd

August 3rd will mark my one-year anniversary of becoming a REAL coupon-consumer! I've always used coupons, but it wasn't until a friend from church referred me to The Grocery Game that I realized what coupons could really do. I have to say that I stepped in on a PERFECT Sunday--5 inserts! JUST LIKE THIS SUNDAY!

There will be 2 SmartSource inserts, 1 Red Plum insert, 1 Procter & Gamble, and 1 Special insert featuring Kellogg's & Keebler products and a $10 rebate form.

If you do not have a single coupon in your posession right now, if you've even been considering "trying out this whole coupon thing", or if you've falling behind on deals, this Sunday is THE day to get (back) in the saddle!

Check out the full preview HERE, or just take my advice: buy several papers this Sunday!

Coupon Preview for July 26th

There will be two inserts in this Sunday's paper: 1 SmartSource and 1 Red Plum.

I'm going to send you straight over the The Coupon Clippers to check out the preview as I am packing for a weekend trip to Pensacola...Hmmm... I wonder if I'll get better coupons there.

See you MONDAY!

Coupon Preview for May 17th

There will be 4 coupon inserts this week: 2 SmartSource, 1 Red Plum, and 1 Procter & Gamble.

The P&G one looks kinda small, but .50 off Pringles Mini's triples at Brookshire's making them .49 for a 5-pack (And they are super yummy!).

Most of the other coupons that I'd like to get may not be in our region:

There's one for a FREE Wheat Thins when you buy Ritz crackers (13.6-16 oz.). Use coupons on the Ritz, too, for a great deal! (WOOHOO! I got this one!)

$1 off 2 Hershey's Syrup (Zip)

.35 off Dial Soap (Zilch)

$1 off Mission Plus Tortillas (Nada)

Buy One Get One FREE Mars Candy Bars (up to .85) (Didn't happen)

You can see the full preview at The Coupon Clippers.

Coupon Preview for May 10th

There will be two inserts in Sunday's paper:

1 SmartSource
1 Red Plum

There's not too much I'm excited about this week, and I'm not even sure if we'll get the ones I really want in our region:

$1 off 2 Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs
$1 off 2 Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Meats (Brookshire's has these for $2 right now!)

If you want to see the full preview at The Coupon Clippers, click here.

Coupon Preview for April 26th

There are two inserts in this Sunday's paper: 1 Smartsource and 1 Red Plum.

Here are some of my favorites:

.50 off Colgate Wisp 4-ct (I think these are $1 right now @ Kroger, so they'd be FREE with doubles)

Pace Specialty Salsa (The preview shows $2 off, but I don't think my region will get that value. This stuff is really good though!)

.50 off Mahatma Rice (This gets me FREE rice at Brookshire's)

Buy One Get One FREE Reach Toothbrush (I'm not sure if we'll get it here, but it might be worth ordering for future sales at Walgreens)

Check out The Coupon Clippers for the full preview!

Coupon Preview for April 19th

We're back in the saddle this week with two inserts in Sunday's paper. I don't see a lot of excitement, but here's a few:

$2.50 off Electrasol Powerball Tabs (Always a good one! And we actually get it here!)

.50 McCormick Seasoning Blend (This would equal FREEBIES at Kroger!)

.50 Angel Soft 4-pk or larger (This would equal FREEBIES at Kroger, but I'm not sure our region will get it.)

You can check out the full preview at The Coupon Clippers.

Coupon Preview for April 5th

WOOHOO! It's gonna be a GREAT week for coupons!

5 inserts on Sunday! 2 SmartSource, 2 Red Plum, and 1 Procter & Gamble.

Here are some of the highlight (IMO):

Pillsbury: Lots of them!

Betty Crocker: I always use these for FREE or cheap cookies, frosting, brownies, and Warm Delights!

Kellogg's Cereal: Preview has $1 off 1! I'm praying for that one!

.60 off Bertolli and .30 off Ragu: Not sure we'll get both or that they'll be those amounts.

Daisy Sour Cream: We don't usually get this, but maybe.

Always Infinity: $3 off--That's a high dollar coupon!

You can see the full preview HERE, just remember that it varies by region.

Coupon Preview for March 22nd

I may not even buy a newspaper this week.

There is only one insert and I don't see anything that jumps out at me.

Maybe the Yoplait yogurt coupons to go with the sale at Brookshire's, but I think there's enough printables out there for my satisfaction.

The preview shows a couple of Shick Quattro coupons, but my region never gets those.

You can see the full preview here and decide for yourself.

Coupon Preview for March 15th

Before I started seriously couponing, I don't think I ever noticed that coupon inserts can often coincide with a current sale. This week is a FANTASTIC example of that!

Walgreens will have all Dove products at 25% off WITH a Register Reward promotion, and there will be lots of Dove coupons in this Sunday's paper.

There will also be a Register Reward deal with Listerine and Reach dental products at Walgreens with corresponding coupons this week.

There should be an Irish Spring coupon that will create a moneymaker at CVS after coupon and ExtraCare Bucks.

So, if you're just thinking about getting into this "coupon thing", this could be a great week to do so!

I'm also happy to report that I should be able to replenish my Pillsbury coupon supply this week.

The Coupon Clippers are only previewing two inserts: 1 SmartSource and 1 Red Plum. However, I received an e-mail direct from Procter & Gamble telling me to expect an insert this week.

Once again, I'm wary of my region's variances. I wouldn't be surprised if we miss out on the Listerine/Reach coupons. I was pleasantly surprised a few weeks ago, though: after badmouthing our region and the lack of Garnier coupons, we got 'em! Should I keep up the smacktalk?

Coupon Preview for February 22nd

I'm totally sure you spent last weekend sorting and organizing your coupons since there were no inserts last week. Right? Of course!

Well, I'm glad you did, 'cause mine are a mess! I'm about to get to it, though. I'm getting ready for Brookshire's Moonlight Madness tonight!

There are two inserts scheduled this Sunday: 1 SmartSource and 1 Red Plum. Here are a few I'm looking out for:

$5 Rebate for Madagascar 2 & 2 Birdseye Voila Products
.55 off Bumble Bee Premium Tuna Pouch on ONE, 2.5 or 5 oz
.50 off Fiber One Toaster pastries on any
.55 off Ziploc Brand Easy Zipper Bags with Expandable Bottom on any
.55 off Hillshire Farm Deli Select Lunchmeat on any ONE package, 8 oz or larger, DND-5, DNT-5
.50 off Hostess Snack Cakes on ONE Family-Size package, DND-5

Check out the full preview at The Coupon Clippers.

Coupon Preview for February 8th

Be still my beating heart!

I'm very excited about this week's 4 (!) coupon inserts! 2 SmartSource, 1 Red Plum, and 1 Procter & Gamble.

There are good matches for the Kroger sale like Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks and Pillsbury Grands! biscuits, and there are a few for the Brookshire's ad like Betty Crocker Frosting, Warm Delights, and Cookie Mix.

The P&G insert looks pretty good, too. The $4 off Gillette Fusion razor will come in handy at Walgreens.

Check out the full preview here.

As the eternal optimist, I'm really keeping my fingers crossed for our local inserts to live up to the hype!

Coupon Preview for November 23

It is a very slow coupon week. Just one SmartSource insert and nothing special to mention inside.

A slow clipping week means this would be a great time to get all your coupons gathered and organized. Throw out your expireds and get things sorted to get ready for BLACK FRIDAY!

You can see the full preview at The Coupon Clippers (Click on Tracker).

October 26 Coupons

It's another slow coupon week.

There are a couple of Huggies coupons, several make-up coupons, and a bunch for medicine.

One worth mentioning is 25 cents off any Cottonelle TP. I'll combine this with my Shortcuts.com Cottonelle coupons and get some more FREE TP (my store doubles).
